Mike Koch tragically passed away at a young age as a result of a brain tumor in 2005. He was a rare individual whose kindness was instantly apparent; and felt that no one was a stranger to him. Mike, who is survived by a large extended family, realized the importance of those in his life who he loved, and who were fortunate enough to love him in return. His nieces and nephews were a joy to him, and they will always remember the times he was able to spend with them.

Mike was a long time employee of Green Products.Taking pride in his job as a semi driver, he developed lifelong friendships with fellow workers at all levels within the company.

He felt as though many individuals from Green Products were part of his family.

In his spare time he could be found on his motorcycle or four wheeler.

He thrived on being active on wheels, especially his Harley. He was seldom without his white Harley Davidson cap. Mike embraced life, whether it was at work or leisure, his smile, and laid back manner was part of his personality that made him easy to be around.

The route of the ride was one Mike enjoyed several years ago when he traveled by motorcycle with his brother Matt and several friends. Since Matt and those friends are able to remember that time with Mike as a special memory, the Cruisin’ for Mike tribute was born. Even if you never were fortunate to have met Mike, we invite you to become part of this tribute ride. We invite you to become a part of the spirit that was so like Mike’s life we want it to be passed on and forever remembered.

Mike’s Dad, Melvin, is a classic car enthusiast. he has a 1949 Mercury.
